RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns on all full priced items within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange or credit note. All items must be unused and in original working condition with tags attached.
All Sale Items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items unless faulty.
We only offer full refunds on items that are faulty.
Shipping return costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the items are found to be faulty.
Please contact the store in regard to any in-store purchases, returns, and exchanges.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
As our products are hand made, orders received will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of item completion – pending credit verification.
Free shipping on all domestic order over $150.00. Orders under $150.00 will be charged a flat shipping fee of 9.95. Express shipping options are also available domestically for $19.95. All international orders incur a shipping fee of $24.95.
For shipping, please allow 5 business days on domestic orders and 10 days on international orders.
We send shipping notification with a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You will then be able to follow your order with the link provided in this email.
